Amendment Resolution:. Reference- (1) In the resolution of the same number of this department dated 6-9-2017, in paragraph-1, paragraph- (2) (i) is added as follows: (2) ii) Dt. The seniority of the school from which he has given option for internal transfer or replacement of teachers who have accepted place in his own or other school by giving option for upper primary teacher as per Resolution No. - PRE-11 - 02-06 of 2013 has to be taken into consideration. If the teacher wishes to be transferred again after taking advantage of the transfer, the date of his replacement appointment will be considered for the purpose of seniority.
