Your TV bill is set to change starting February 1. Telecom Regulatory Authourity of India (TRAI) has announced new DTH regulations that will come into effect from next month. New rules means new rates for the TV channels you view. DTH operators like Tata Sky, Airtel, Dish, Hathway and others can no longer offer different rates. All channels will come with fixed rates.
